Whately Town Hall

Whately’s Town Hall has been in constant use since its construction in 1844, filling a variety of needs over the years including operating as a school. Now newly renovated as of 2018, the building has become a dedicated community space for the town, housing the Whately Historical Society’s museum and hosting wide array of cultural events in its large meeting room on the second floor. The greek-revival style building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and features a refurbished 1930s era advertising curtain as its stage backdrop.
